セラーの設定により送付先を日本に設定して支払えませんでした。
すぐに、リクエスト機能を使ってセラーにインボイスを要求しましたが、連絡がありませんでした。
本日、[contact seller]から、インボイスを要求しましたが、《Unpaid item case opened for ・・・》というタイトルのメールが来ました
セラーは日本発送を設定しており、問題ないはずなので、通告して頂けないでしょうか
I made a successful bid for item no 380664179225, and tried to pay immediately.
But unfortunately, I wasn't able to do so because I couldn't set the shipping address to Japan due to the seller's setting.
I sent an request for an invoice right away to the seller using the request function, but there was no reply.
Today, I requested for an invoice through "contact seller", but I received an email entitled "Unpaid item case opened for..."
The seller lists Japan as one of the shipping countries, so there should be no problem. Could you please inform the seller of the problem?
