乙はいかなる場合にも、利用者の逸失損失や、第三者から利用者に対してなされた賠償請求に基づく損害については責任を負わないものとする
次に定める場合には本システムが提供する情報提供業務を一時中止することがある
技術上又は事業上のその他合理的判断により、本システムサービスの終了をすることが出来るものとする
本システムサービス終了予定日の1ヵ月以上前に甲への告知を行うものとする
本システムサービスを終了した場合は、コンテンツ提供者、お客様その他の第三者に対し一切責任を負わないものとする
Second Party shall be irresponsible about the damage under claim for payment made for a user from the third party and the carry-over loss of the user under any circumstance.
The information service which this system offers may be suspended for the following case.]
At technical, on business or other rational discretion, he shall be able to finish this system service.
He shall give a notice to First Party more than one month before the scheduled date of the end of the current system service.
If he finishes this system service, he shall be entirely irresponsible for contents offerers, the customers or other the third party.
