Hello, my name is Jo Kurino and I am based in Matsue, Japan, which is located in the Chugoku region; close to Hiroshima.
I am a graphic designer and marketer by trade with formal education in Visual Communication at the Bachelor's degree level.
I also have a Master's degree from The George Washington University School of Business.
I have grown up in both Japan and the U.S., as my parents are American and Japanese. My vast experience in translations ranges from translating videos and articles to business contracts, government documents, and books in the sports realm. Some of my notable works include the book translation of "Relentless", a book written by Tim Grover (trainer of Michael Jordan) and translating videos for Wix.com in the Japanese market.
Other works include:
Content Translator for Value Coin Project (cryptocurrency) marketing media
Content Translator, Goldstandardlabo.com
The sports industry, business and marketing, Information Technology and socio-economic themes are my specialty but I am always open to learning more about different industries!
I hope to hear from you!
