About changes for Clients

On December 4^th, Conyac merged "Conyac for Business" and "Personal Conyac" together so that requesters can make a translation request for both "Personal Conyac" and "Conyac for Business" interchangeably.

The following list the changes to our service:

Naming

The names regarding Conyac's requests have changed. A Business request that was made using "Conyac for Business" is now called "Standard Translation". A personal request that was made using “Personal Conyac” is now called "Light Translation".

Pricing

With the integration of "Conyac for Business" and "Personal Conyac", the pricing system has been changed. Since the new system uses the "Conyac for Business" points system, the "Personal Conyac" credits can no longer be used in the new system. The credits that you owned have been converted to its equivalent points value on December 4^th, 2013.

About the account shifting

If you have accounts for both "Conyac for Business" and "Personal Conyac", your “Personal Conyac” account has already been sent to your “Conyac for Business” account as a new Group. Please keep in mind that your “Conyac for Business” points and the points you received from “Personal Conyac” will NOT be merged into a single group. Therefore, you will need to manage such points, plans, requests, and members of the groups manually.

Additional features (Standard Translation)

You are now able to use Standard Translation, which provides a higher quality translation. We also added a favorite translator list and a blacklist feature.
