When will payouts be processed until?
Two payouts will be processed in November 2024. The first will be made as usual on Friday, November 8, and the final payout will be during the week of November 18 (the exact date is yet to be determined).
To receive your payout, please make sure to register a Japanese bank account, PayPal account, or Payoneer account by 11:59 PM (JST) on Sunday, November 17, 2024.

What happens to rewards below the minimum payout amount?
If your rewards do not exceed the minimum payout threshold, we regret that the system will not be able to process a payout.
Please check your current reward balance and ensure you register your payout method by 11:59 PM (JST) on Sunday, November 17, 2024, according to the following minimum payout amounts:
Minimum payout to a Japanese bank account: ¥10,000 or more (USD not supported)
Minimum payout to PayPal: ¥1,000 or more / $10 USD or more
Minimum payout to Payoneer: ¥1,000 or more (USD not supported)
Additionally, if you wish to receive your payout via PayPal or Payoneer, please make sure to delete your bank account information beforehand.
Will a payment record for 2024 be issued?
For users whose total payout from January to December exceeds ¥50,000, a payment record will be issued between late November and early December.
For users whose payout does not exceed ¥50,000 but who plan to file a tax return for 2024, please confirm the withholding tax amount on Conyac's payout page before the service ends and record the amount as needed.
I have unfinished projects. What should I do?
If you have any ongoing or previously accepted projects that remain incomplete by 11:59 PM (JST) on Sunday, November 17, 2024, the contracts will automatically be canceled.
If you currently have any unfinished projects, we kindly ask you to complete them as soon as possible.
How will my personal information be handled?
Please rest assured that all personal information submitted for identity verification, such as Individual Number, will be permanently deleted after the service ends.
Can I continue working with clients who regularly send me projects?
While Conyac is ending its service, we are preparing a new successor service. We hope you will continue using the new service, ensuring a smooth transition so you can keep working with clients confidently. We will provide more details about the new service soon.
