Kindly please inform us the firm arrival date of below mentioned brand sample within today because the exhibition is coming soon next week. If you have some difficulty to produce it, please let us know whether the sample can be available on period-limited rental basis. The sample preparation is very important matter that affects the future purchasing, therefore I wish you will take good care of this.
