HKTDCは来年１月7日から香港コンベンション＆エグジビション・センターで開催されるステーショナリー・フェアのホテルスポンサーシップを発表。申込み受付を開始した。

同展はあらゆる分野の文具関連製品が集まる展示会。昨年は210社が出展、世界中から1万5000人のバイヤーが参加した。香港玩具＆ゲーム・フェア、香港国際ライセンシング・ショーが同時開催となっており、関連分野のバイヤーにとっては多くの商談機会が提供され、参加意義の高いイベントとなっている。

HKTDC announced the sponsorship of the hotel for the stationary fair which is going to be held at the Hong Kong convention & exibition center from January 7th of the next year.

Every type of products related to stationaries gather into the exibition. 210 companies as exhibitors and 150,000 buyers from the world participated last year. This event has a big benefit for participants because it's going to held in the same period as Hong Kong toy & game fair and Hong Kong international licensing show and so buyers of related industry can enjoy a lot of business opportunities.

HKTDC announced its hotel sponsorship program for the Hong Kong International Stationery Fair to be held from January 7th 2013 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center, and started accepting registration.

補助の内容は、会期前日の６日から10までの5日間、HKTDCまたはメッセ・フランクフルト（香港）の提携先のホテルに宿泊する新規バイヤーに参加日数に応じた宿泊代を差し引くというもの。1日参加の場合900香港ドル、2日間で1500香港ドル、3日間以上で2100香港ドル（約2万1500円）の補助となる。対象となるのは、1社につき1ホテル、１室まで。

また、同展の公式航空会社のキャセイパシフィック航空とドラゴンエアーは、展示会参加者のためだけにおいて特別航空券も用意している。

The content of aid program is that during 5 days from 6th (the day before the event) to 10th, new buyers who stay at hotels affiliated by HKTDC or Messe Frankfurt (Hong Kong) can enjoy discount of the accomodation cost by the amount based on how many days they parcticipate into the event; 1 day- 900 HK$, 2days - 1,500 HK$, more than 3 days - 2,100 HK$ (about 21,500 Yen). Each company can use this discount at a room of a hotel.

Additionaly, the official airline companies, Cathey Pacific and Dragon Air, are going to prepare special flight tickets for the participants of the exhibition.

The hotel sponsorship program offers discount rates to new buyers who stay in a hotel partnered with Messe Frankfrut (HK) according to the number of days they participate in the Fair. Visitors who participate for one day will get HK$900.- allowance, and those who take part in for 2 says will receive HK1,500.-, people who attend for 3 days will enjoy a grant of HK$2,100.-. This benefit only applies to one room per hotel per company.

In addition, Cathay Pacific Airways and Dragonair, the official airliners of the Fair, have also prepared special arrangements for those who attend the event.
