The DHL Damage Report is something that you need to obtain at your local DHL office. You will take your damaged items with you, along with a copy of your Airway Bill number for DHL to document the damage.
We also need a copy of your invoice showing payment to the merchant that you bought the lanterns from. If you cannot provide us with the invoice or receipt, we can use a copy of your credit card statement (with un-related information redacted).
