We still need additional information in order to file your claim.

The DHL Damage Report is something that you need to obtain at your local DHL office. You will take your damaged items with you, along with a copy of your Airway Bill number for DHL to document the damage.

We also need a copy of your invoice showing payment to the merchant that you bought the lanterns from. If you cannot provide us with the invoice or receipt, we can use a copy of your credit card statement (with un-related information redacted).

DHLダメージレポートはお客様の最寄のDHLで得ていただくものです。ダメージを受けた商品と、ダメージを確認する書類としてDHLの航空貨物運送状を持っておいでください。

また、お客様がランタンを購入した売主へ支払いを行ったことがわかるインボイスのコピーも必要です。インボイス又はレシートをご提供いただけない場合は、クレジットカードの取引明細のコピーでも結構です（本件と関係のない取引の箇所は塗りつぶしてください）。
