パンツのリベットが、入荷した中にスカルではなく通常の形がついているものがいくつかあった。付け替えるためのスカルリベットを30個依頼。弊社でＯＥＭ生産をした商品だった為、前川氏から「スカルリベットが欠品しているのを生産段階でわかっているのなら事前に情報を教えて下さい」とクレームがあった。4品番が、入荷した商品全てに スカルバッヂがついてなかった。また、7月前半に納品予定であったが、サンプルアップが遅れてすべてのラインが揃ったのが7月後半だった。

Generic type of rivets were on some pairs of pants we received instead of skull type.
Ordered 30 skull rivets to replace them. Those items were OEM made at our company, and we got a claim from Mr. Maekawa ; "If you already knew what skull rivets were short in production stage, we would like you to tell me that information in advance. ". All 4 items we received didn't have skull badge. Also those were supposed to be delivered in early July but samples delivery were late and all line were ready in late July.

We received some pants with ordinary rivets instead of skull rivets, when the goods arrived. We requested to deliver 30 skull rivets in order to replace the ordinary rivets with skull ones. Since the goods are our OEM items, we received a complaint from Mr. Maekawa saying, "Why did not you let us know the situation in advance, if you knew that skull rivets were in short supply." Skull badges were missing in all the goods of 4 items. Delivery was supposed to be made in the first half of July, however, the samples were not completed on time, and it was the second half of July when all the preparation for manufacturing process was completed.
