発注した靴は、表記をアメリカのサイズでお願いしました。しかし、実際入荷した商品は、表記が英国のサイズでした。
サイズの表記が違うと、同じ大きさの9サイズでも、英国サイズ表記の方がひとまわり大きくなります。
オーダーした内容と全く違うサイズなので、商品の交換もしくはディスカウントお願いできませんでしょうか

I ordered the shoes with desciption in US size. However, the goods actually received was in the size of UK in description. Even same 9 size, UK size description is 1 size bigger than US one.
As this is totally different size from my order, could you replace or discount?
