発注した靴は、表記をアメリカのサイズでお願いしました。しかし、実際入荷した商品は、表記が英国のサイズでした。
サイズの表記が違うと、同じ大きさの9サイズでも、英国サイズ表記の方がひとまわり大きくなります。
オーダーした内容と全く違うサイズなので、商品の交換もしくはディスカウントお願いできませんでしょうか

I ordered the shoes with US clothing size, however, British clothing sized item arrived.
Nine in British clothing size is bigger than the US one even they have the same number.
Would you please replace the items or give a discount since that is not the size I ordered?
