UPSのホームページを確認しました。クレーム申請を商品購入者(つまり受け手)が行わなければいけないとありますが、上記ホームページでは、発送者も行えるとあります。また申請の結果や返金などは受け手には一切情報が来ず、発送者に送られます。おっしゃられている事はだいぶ違います。ですのであなた様がクレーム報告を速やかに行なっていただき、手続きを進めてください。当方は、あなた様より返金していただくほかに方法がありません。PAYPALより、速やかに300$ご返金してください。お願いします。

I checked the UPS homepage. You explained that claim application should be done by buyer (receiver) but in the homepage above, there is also a describe that shipper also can do that. And all of the information of result of claim application or refund will be sent to shipper not to receiver. What you say is way different from that description. So please proceed it arranging the claim reporting asap. I have no choice but receive the refund from you. Please refund $300 from PAYPAL asap. Thank you.

as well as dispatcher must be able to claim the purchase.
Otherwise,as a result of a application without getting the informatoin
about the refund it will be sent to dispatcher.
So that please complete the Claim report procedure promptly.
