ข้อมูลคือสิ่งสำคัญของงานวิจัย ความคลาดเคลื่อนของงานวิจัยนี้เกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้ เนื่องจากข้อมูลที่ใช้รวบรวมมาจากหลายหน่วงงาน และบางข้อมูลที่ต้องการก็ไม่สามารถนำมาศึกษาได้เนื่องจากเป็นข้อมูลทางราชการ หรือไม่ได้มีการจดบันทึกข้อมูลนั้นๆ ดังนั้นถ้าข้อมูลที่นำมาศึกษาสมบูรณ์และมีคุณภาพก็จะทำให้ผลของงานวิจัยถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ ดังนั้นรัฐบาลควรให้ความสำคัญในการเก็บบันทึกข้อมูลทางสถิติ โดยให้มีหน่วยงานหนึ่งเก็บข้อมูลทุกประเภท ให้มีความถูกต้อง และเป็นระบบ ไว้ในฐานข้อมูลสาธารณะ และให้นักวิจัยเข้าไปใช้ได้ เพราะจุดประสงค์ของทุกงานวิจัยก็เพื่อทำให้เกิดประโยชน์ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเพื่อประเทศหรือธุรกิจเอกชน แต่ทั้งสองจุดประสงค์ก็จะเกิดประกับประเทศและทำให้ประเทศพัฒนาขึ้น

Therefore the accurate and efficient research will come from completion and quality of the data. Thus the government should pay more attention about collecting statistical data by establish one statistical organisation for national statistics. The accurate and systematic in data should be kept in public databases and make available for researchers. The purpose of the research was to provide benefits to the country, or whether it is a private section. However the purpose is to contribute to the development of the country.
