出張に出ていて連絡が遅くなり失礼いたしました。
商品はいま日本にいる私の手元にあります。
返送伝票に記載されていた住所宛に明日発送します。
送料は私持ちで結構です。
1週間位で届くと思いますので、届きましたらAの発送をお願いします。
日本へ直送していただきたいところですが、厳しければフロリダ宛で構いません。

The product is with me right now in Japan.
I will send it tomorrow to the address that was written on the return to sender slip.
I'm fine with covering the shipping charges.
I think it will arrive in about one week so please send me A once it arrives.
I'd like for you to ship it directly to Japan but if that's too much to ask then it's fine if you send it to Florida.

Right now the goods are with me in Japan. They will be shipped tomorrow to the address stated on the return voucher. I will gladly bear the postage cost.
As the delivery will take approximately one week, I will be expecting your shipment soon after arrival. I would prefer if you could ship directly to Japan, but, if that is complicated, shipping to Florida will be just as fine.
