環境破壊による影響を受け荒廃するナスカの地上絵を次の世代に残したいという想いから専修大学の協力のもと２０１１年より開始されました。
保護を行うためには膨大な費用がかかり、且つ、継続的に行わなければなりません。
ペルーは、世界有数の銀の産出地であることから、日本の高度な生産技術で生み出された高純度の銀素材(Ag997)を用いた製品を販売し保護費用の捻出を図ることを考えました。

Mirador Project was begun in 2011 with the cooperation of Senshu University; its goal is to continue the work of Maria Reiche, who devoted her life to the Nazca Lines, and to preserve them for future generations against the environmental destruction that currently ravages them.
