8月9日にオーダー番号 #11111 の発送連絡をいただきましたが、まだ届いておりません。
いつもはマイページのOrder Detailsで確認出来るのですが、記載されておりませんでした。
配送状況を調べたいので、トラッキングナンバーを教えてもらえますか？
また、8月13日に注文したオーダー番号 #22222 の発送予定日をお知らせいただければ幸いです。

I was informed that the order # 11111 was sent on August 9 but have not received the item yet. Usually I can confirm the delivery at order details on My PAGe but there was no information. Could you let me know the tracking number so that I can confirm the delivery?

I received communication regarding the shipping of order number #11111 on August 9th, but it hasn't arrived yet.
I can usually track it on the "Order Details" page, but it seems to have not been input.
