確かに梱包は完璧でした。
本体はエラーメッセージが出てシャッターがきれません。専門店でも確認しました。原因は内部を開けないとわかないそうです。その為、修理代もわかりません。
私はとても楽しみしていたので残念です

Yes, defnitely the packing was perfect.
An error message is displayed in the body and shutter cannot be released. I also checked with the speciality store. They said they cannot know its cause. So they cannot know the repairment cost also.
I am so sad as I have been looked forward to it.

A packing was exactly perfect.
But I cannot release a shutter because of showing an error message.
I also check it at professional shop. And he could not find a cause because of not opening inside.
So, I don't now cost of repairs.
I am disappointed because I was looking forward to.
