マッキントッシュプリアンプの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたプリアンプを確認しました。
アンプをONにすると、大きめの”ブーン”とハムノイズが出ているだけで音が全く出ません。特に、商品説明には記載はありませんでした。
また、”COMPANDOR RATIO”をONにすると、ブーンとかなりおおきなノイズが出ます。

非常に困っております。修理をしなければ使用できません。
一部ご返金の対応をお願いしたいです。

This is regarding the Mackintosh pre-amplifier. I was out on a business trip earlier, but I wanted to confirm the arrival of the pre-amplifier yesterday or today.
When the amplifier is ON, it makes a rather large radio static noise, but otherwise there is no sound. Also, this is not in the product introduction.

Regarding McIntosh preamplifier. I finally had a chance to check the preamplifier yesterday (and today), since I was on a business trip.
When I turn on the preamplifier, I can hear no sound at all except a loud buzz, which is a hum noise.
