最初に彼は古代文字を扱う書道家です。
このインタビューでは前半に1955年に三重県にて美術教師の父の元に生まれて、絵を描く事がとても好きだった子ども時代からCMのディレクターに至る迄が語られています。手塚治虫、赤塚不二夫、藤子不二雄の漫画が好きだった子ども時代。そして横尾忠則に影響を受けてイラストレーターを目指し美術大学へ入って、そこでアニメーションに携わり、それがきっかけになってCM製作の会社へ入ったそうです。

This first half of the interview covers the story of his birth in 1955 in Mie, his father who is an art teacher,his childhood when he liked drawing and all the history untill he becomes the CM director.In his childhood, he liked Manga drawn by Osamu Tezuka, Fujio Akatsuka, and Fujio Fujiko.
