As a courtesy, we're covering your return shipping costs by providing you a prepaid UPS label to return the steamer. It's important that you ship the item back in the next 3 days so you can get a refund.

We'll enter the tracking information from the label into the Resolution Center. Once we have confirmation that the steamer has been delivered, we'll refund you within 3 days for the cost of the item plus original shipping (as long as the seller hasn't issued you a refund). If there's no delivery confirmation within 7 days, we'll assume you decided to keep the mixers. We'll close the case, and you won't be able to get a refund.

お客様のため、返品にかかる費用はこちらで負担させていただきます。先払い済みのUPS便ラベルをお渡ししますので、それを使ってスティーマーをご返送ください。返金のためには、今後3日以内に商品をご返送いただく必要がございます。

当店の問題解決センターでご返品された商品の運送状況を把握できるようにしておきますので、商品がこちらに届きましたら、3日以内に、購入時にお支払いいただいた商品代と送料を返金させていただきます。7日以内に商品の到着が確認できない場合、お客様にミキサーの返品意思がないものとして処理し、以後の返金はいたしかねます。

ラベル情報をもとにリソリューション・センターで追跡情報を管理させていただきます。スチーマーの到着を確認次第、
3日以内に商品代金と送料を返金させていただきます（販売者が返金していない限り）。7日間以内に商品の到着が確認できない場合、お客様がミキサーを返品されないものと理解します。本件は処理完了としますので、返金不可能となります。
