8E7がまだ届かないよEMSで3箱分かな、支払後、30日過ぎても届かないのはなぜ？
支払い済みの分はすべて送ったとのことだけど、他の分を含めて今どこにあるのか解らない
トラッキングナンバーをなぜ教えないのか理解できない
あと1週間待つけど、届かない場合は、paypalに返金の手続きを行う
大事なことだよ

Before I place another order...
I think I have 3 boxes of 8E7 that should have arrived by now. It's been over 30 days since I made the payment, why have they not arrived yet?
You say that everything that's already been paid have been sent, but as for the rest, there is no way for me to know where they are; I cannot understand why you cannot send me a tracking number?
I will wait for one more week, and if they don't arrive by then, I'll start the process to obtain a refund from paypal.
This is important.

Everything gets sent after payment is received, so I don't understand why you won't tell me the tracking number. Right now, I don't even know where everything is.
I'll wait another week, but if I don't receive the items, I will request my money back through PayPal.
