私はあなたから届いた発送メールやオーダー確認画面を見て気付いた事があります。今回の○○は私が契約しているアメリカの転送会社へ送っているようになっています。しかし私はアマゾンに私のアメリカ転送会社の住所を登録だけしてありますが、今まで一度も使ったことはありません。２月２５日に注文した時も日本の住所に送ってもらうように設定しましたし、毎回日本へ送ってもらうようにしか設定していません。ですが商品はアメリカに送ったようになっていますので確認して下さい。

I noticed one thing seeing your mail for dispatch and the order confirmation screen. The item ooo seems to have been scheduled to be sent to the American freight forwarder that I am dealing with. Although I registered the address of that company to Amazon, I have never utilized it yet. When I bought the item on Feb. 25, I asked you to send it to my address in Japan. I always set the Japanese address as the usual and bona fide address of mine, not the address in the U.S. Please check the status, because your record seems to say that you sent the item to the U.S..

I found something about the order confirmation and the shipping notice recieved from you.
For this order, oo seems to be shipped to the address of my contracted forwarding-company in the U.S. I have never used the service even though I registered the address. For the order I placed on the 25th of Feb., I managed to send the items to Japanese address, and so as every order I have had. However, because this time the purchased items were apparently shipped to the address in the U.S, I'm asking you to check this out and please let me know to which address they were shipped.
