先程フロリダの住所へ商品が到着したと連絡がありました。
発送先住所の記載が間違っていた為、手数料を取られましたので
次回発送時は正しい住所を記載して頂く様お願い致します。
後、フロリダに届いた商品情報によると5個購入したはずですが1個となっております。
重量も14ポンドしかありませんが間違いなく5個発送して頂いていますか？

Not long ago, there was news of the arrival of goods in Florida.
The shipping adress was wrong, so a handeling fee was taken so next time you ship goods give us the correct adress.
Afterwards, according to our information recieved in Florida you ordered 5 items, but it should become 1.
Do you undoubtedly believe that the recieved 5 shipments weigh only 14 pounds?
