この●●㈱という法人は、第三セクターにより設立された風力発電事業会社であり、非常に規模は小さいながら日本では魁として実際の事業を営んだ会社です。
現在、この会社により培われたアライアンス、並びに地域行政との連携により、●●県のみならず、特に長野県での事業開発に向けての取り組みを進めております。

This ●●(Co.,Ltd) is a wind power company estabilished by the 3rd sector and despite its relatively smaller size, it had been a pioneer of this field.
Utilizing alliances of this company and cooperation with local governers, we are currently working on business development of ●● prefecture as well as other areas especially in Nagano prefecture.
As per mentioned in 1), the most important point in development of power business in Japan is to ensure understanding of local residents.
