HR Jobsを見ました！
HR Jobsと同じアプリを作る事は問題無く作れますが、アバウトな見積もりで35万円します。
ひとつ提案ですが、わたしが持っているシステムでパソコンの専用画面から求人情報を登録→アプリで求人情報を表示→ユーザーが閲覧→ユーザーが応募→ Cecilが受付するアプリなら安くで作ります。
参考として日本語で表示されていますが、このアプリをみてください！
私は出版会社と繋がりが多く、通販出来るアプリを作っているので、あなたとビジネスパートナーになりたいです。

I saw HR jobs!
We can make same application as HR Jobs but rough cost estimation is 350,000 Yen.
Let me suggest one.We can make application with lower cost which you can register job information from PC home screen->Display information using application->Allow users view them->Allow users subscribe->Information processing by Cecil.
Please see this application which shows Japanese language as reference.
Since I have lots of contact with publishers and I make applications which can be sold remotely, I wish to be your business partner.

I browsed HR Jobs. There is no problem for me to make an application like that of HR Jobs.
Even if roughly calculated, it would' cost around three hundred fifty thousand yen.
I have one suggestion to you. It could be cheaper if I made one like I described below.
It works like this. Enter job information on the web page in the system I have, those job information is shown on the application's display, users find a job there and apply for the job, then Cecil receives their job applications.
For your reference, please see the attached application (sorry, it's Japanese) for your eyes.
Since I have connections to many publishing companies and am programing an application to sell, I would be happy to become one of your business partner.
