先ほど、paypalを確認したところ、
確かに御社より返金されているようですが、
paypalアカウント上では返金後すぐに同金額が引き出されれいますので、
自動的に登録してあるクレジットカードへ送金中なのかもしれません。
返金がちゃんと確認出来ましたらまたご連絡致します。

Thank you for your giving me refund.
I have just checked Paypal and found that the refund was given, but soon after the refund the same amount was withdrawn on my account. Maybe that is because the fund is automatically transferred to the registered credit card.
As such, once I confirm the refund completely, I will get back to you.
