日本ではやっと太陽光発電の場合の、電力会社の固定価格での買取制度が動きはじめました。ＥＵでは既に太陽光発電導入が後退しているとも聞いていますが、日本ではこれからが本番。買取価格は、１ｋＷｈあたり４０円です。
ソフトバンクの孫さんも盛んに動いてますが、実際はいい評判は聞きません。彼は、日本の習慣には馴染まない精力的すぎる動きをするからです。写真は私の風力発電所から近い新潟県内にあるメガソーラーです。地方自治体の土地です。行政の許可を得る部分での規制緩和はまだまだこれからです。

The electronic power company has finally launched the buy-out system of solar power with fixed price in Japan.
I heard that in EU, the initiation of solar power generation systems has been declined. But in Japan it is crucial moment now. The buying price is 40 yen per 1kwh.
Mr. Son from Softbank is acting enthusiastically but actually I do not hear any good reputation about him.
Because he acts aggressive which does not meet Japanese custom.
The picture is a mega solar that is in Niigata Prefecture close to our wind power station. The area is local authority's property.
The deregulation of government permission will still have a long way to go.

The solar power buy-out system has begun being implemented in Japan at the power companies' fixed rate in Japan. I heard in the EU countries solar power generation began being introduced less but it has just started in Japan. The buy-out rate of solar power is 40 yen per kWh in Japan.
The grandson of the founder of Softbank is energetically promoting and developing it in Japan but the hearsay about his business doesn't sound too good. He might be too pushy to fit in the Japanese culture. The attached picture is a megasolar generator in Niigata near my wind power generation plant. It is on the local government land. We still have a lot more to go through for us to wait for the regulation to be more relaxed for the operation.
