Partner shall defend, indemnify and hold SAS Institute Inc., its Affiliates, and their respective officers, director, employees, agents, owners, representatives, successors and assigns harmless from and against any liability damages, costs or expenses for claims by any third party arising out of Partner’s products, services, or activities relating to the SAS Global Alliance Program or any agreement entered into thereto, including but not limited to, the LCA
