この度の納期遅延は弊社の生産管理、製造、営業とのコミュニケーション不足によるものです。

納期遅延のリカバリーをするべく、土日も工場を稼働させる予定です。
現状今週の土曜日に144本が完成する予定で、来週月曜に144本は運送会社に引き渡せる見込みです。
残りの100本については、2月28日に運送会社に引き渡せる見込みです。

輸送条件ですが、CIPもDAPも納期は変わらないかと思いますので、
大変恐縮ですが、当初の通りCIPで進めさせていただきたく存じます。

With the existing state of affairs, We will finish making 144 products on this Saturday. And then, we will hand over them to carries on Monday.
The rest of them, I mean 100 products will be done and turned over in February 28th.
