先日送ってもらった商品について確認したいことがあります。
あの荷物は、全て私宛に送ったものですか?
と言うのも、転送会社からの報告で、問題があることが分かったのです。

問題の1つは、○○と◆◆を入れたというパッケージが確認できないということ。
もう1つは、私宛に送られたパッケージがひとつしかないということ。

詳細を説明します。
先日、転送会社に「そろそろ荷物が届くから確認してほしい」と、あなたから教えられたトラッキングナンバーとパッケージの概要をそえて連絡をしました。

I ask you this because some problems were found through the report by the forwarding company.

One problem is that packages containing ○○ and ◆◆ cannot be found.

The detail is as follows:

I have a couple questions about the package you sent to me.
Was that package you sent to me meant to be all for me? That reason I ask is that the message from the delivery company made me realize something wrong must have happened in the shipment.

One is they couldn't locate the package labeled as ○○and◆◆ for the content description. Another reason is there isn't any other package but this I received.

What happend are:
The other day I called the delivery service to ask them to check if they had received the package with the tracking number you gave me and the description of the content because it was about time.
Yesterday I received a call from the delivery company. They said I must have more tracking numbers for the contents so I checked with UPS and found three more numbers for them. I sent all three numbers to them later.
The following are the numbers.
