お問い合わせいただきましたDXの研修計画ですが、元々の研修計画に入っておらず、ホールディングスの人事部長から”DXがどのようなものかを社員が最低限理解した方がよい”という言葉だけです
下期にeラーニングでの実施を考え、動画コンテンツは準備しました(日本語の動画のみでテキストはありません)
動画の共有は可能ですが、いかがいたしましょうか？

Thanks for sending me the September meeting information.
The DX training plan you inquired about is not included in the original training plan, and the Holdings HR Manager has only mentioned; “employees should at least understand what DX is”.
We have prepared some video content for e-learning in the latter half (Japanese only, no text)
We can share the videos with you if it would be of use?
I will be on my summer break from now until August 16th.
I hope you manage to enjoy some of the summer, too!
