CGC re-holder 手数料$２５で承知しました。国際郵便の国際便はcovid-19影響で新規受付を停止しております。発送しても最大４ヶ月かかってしまいます。ヤマト運輸（UPS)国際便であれば１週間で発送出来るかもしれません。re-holderをBeaverton,ORまで返送する場合は無料で戻してくれますね？仮にCGCから日本まで返送する場合は約$30ドルかかるでしょうか？手数料と返送料をまとめてPayPalをとおして先払いをしたいと思います。

I am okayed on the handling charge at 25 dollars for CGC re-holder. At the moment, international postal services are remained suspension due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It may take about 4 months at the latest if shipped. However, for your information, if using UPS by Yamato transport Co.Ltd, it will be around 1 week time to deliver.
