日本まで届いてます。しかしながらケースが割れていました。返品したくないので交換する条件でお願いします。アメリカまで届くまで2週間、優先郵便で20ドル掛かります。299ドルで購入したのうち一部の20ドルを払い戻しをお願い出来ませんか？交換品も出来れば日本まで届けて欲しいです。難しいそうでしたらアメリカ国内の住所で送り届けて下さい。

It has been delivered to Japan. However the case was broken. I do not wish to return, so please accept the condition for replacement. It will take 2 weeks to be sent back to the US and costs $20 by priority mail. Out of $229 purchase, would you please issue a partial refund of $20? If possible I would like you to ship the replaced item to Japan as well. If it is difficult, please ship it to my address within the US.

The items have been delivered but found the case was broken. However I don't wanna cancel it therefore can you offer me a condition to replace it, please. It takes two week from America . It required 20 USD for express mail. can I ask you to reimburse/ partially refund at 20 USD out of 299USD for total purchase? I hope you to ship to Japan for replacement.
