私は制限措置の解除に向け行動した結果を報告致します。幾つか問題はあるが(返品、発送後の輸送会社起因による未着)販売した全ての商品の発送を既に完了し、大半のお客様から好評を頂いています。今回の問題の原因は、受注処理を弊店スタッフに任せ切った結果ミスが多発した為です。既にスタッフは解雇しオーナーである私自身が販売の全対応を行っております。以前は迅速に発送し大半のお客様から好評を頂いていました。最近発生した発送遅延の再発はないものと確信しております。制限解除を頂きたくお願い致します

I am reporting the results of the actions geared toward the lifting of restrictive measure. There were a number of problems ( returned items, non-delivery after shipment due to the exporting company) but the shipping of all sold items has already been completed and we received favorable reviews from a majority of customers.
The cause of the current problems is, as a result of entrusting the staff in our stores for the processing of received orders, many errors were generated.

I report result made after working on removal of the limit measure. There are several problems (returning item and an item does not arrive caused by delivery company after sending it), but I have completed sending all the items sold, and almost all the customers rated me highly. The problem this time occurred since I have made staff of my shop process receiving an order, which caused many mistakes. I have already discharged the staff, and I myself is working on sales by 100 percent as an owner. I have sent promptly before, and most of the customers rated me highly. I am sure that delay of sending an item occurred recently will not occur again. May I ask you to remove the limit?

I will report the result of my actions for removing the restriction. We still have several problems (product return and undelivered products due to the transport company after the shipment), but we have already completed the shipments of all products which we had sold, and we have received good reviews from our customers. The cause of this problem is that many errors occurred because I left all of the order acceptance procedure to our staff. I have already fired the staff and I am handling all tasks on selling our products as the owner. We used to receive good reviews from most of our customers because we have shipped our products quickly. We believe that any delay on shipment like what have recently happened never occur again. We would like you to remove the restriction.
