流れとしましては商品が弊社倉庫に到着したらすぐにマイページに反映します。
その後、転送依頼を頂ければ日本倉庫から海外へ発送します。

I am not sure what you mean by "document verification", but as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse it will be reflected on my page.
After that, we will ship the items to overseas from the warehouse in Japan if we receive a forwarding request.

Upon arrival of the item at our warehouse, it will immediately be reflected on My Page.

I don't understand completely what you meant with "document verification",
but it will be updated on my page, as soon as the articles arrive at our storage.
it will be shipped oversea from the storage in Japan after the order for forwarding gets accepted.
