私はクレームについて確認をしたい。この取引は商品発送後追跡番号を登録したが、何等かの手違いで日本郵便で登録が正しく反映されず、発送した商品が破損を理由に返送されたケースです。私はこの商品と同じ物を再度発送し番号をBへ登録しましたが、未だ登録が反映されません。この件につきお客様から質問を受け、私はうっかり返信をしたものと勘違いしC裁定となってしまいました。再発送した商品は現在輸送中です。この場合私のC裁定はどのような結果になると予想されますか?解決のため私は今何が出来ますか?

I would like to confirm the content of the complaint. This is a case in which the dispatched item was returned to
the sender due to a damange on it while getting its track number registered on the data ofJapan Post Co., Ltd.,
though it was not registered there because of an error. Though I sent another copy of the same item again and registered the number on B, which has not been registered there. My client inquired me about this, and I mistakenly assumed I had replied to the client; I received Assessment C. The re-sent item is being delivered now. What do you anticipate of this assessment of C I have received? What can I do for a solution?

I would like to confirm the complaint. I registered the tracking number after I have shipped out the item for the order, but the registration failed at the post office due to some mistake, and the item was returned as a damaged item. I shipped out the same item again and registered the number to B, but still the registration has not been completed. I was asked by the customer about the matter and I mistook that I have already sent the reply, then was ranked C. The item I shipped again is now being delivered. What do you expect will my C rank be? What can I do now to solve this problem?

I want to check the claim. This is a case where tracking number was registered after sending but the registration was not reflected correctly at Japan Post, and then the item sent was returned by reason that it was damaged.
I sent the same item as this one again and registered the tracking number at B, but the registration has not been reflected yet. I received a question from the customer about this, and foolishly misunderstood that I had replied.

I would like to check about the claim. Although we registered the tracking number after shipping the product, somewhat, at the Japan Post the registering was not working and the product shipped was sent back on the ground it was broken, this is such a case. Although we shipped the product again with the number registered to B, however, it has not been reflected. As we were inquired by the customer, but we mis-undertook we had responded to this inquiry and it caused C arbitrate. The product shipped again is on shipping now. In this case, what my C arbitrate will be? What can I do to resolve it?
