分かりました。これ以上お客様にお時間と手間を取らせてしまうのも心苦しい為、全額返金対応を取らせて頂きたいのですがよろしいでしょうか。お返事が確認出来次第返金手続を行います。また、商品Aは航空便で発送します。商品の到着まで米国へは10日程度、欧州へは14日程度、その他の国は20日程度かかります。より速い配送を希望される場合は、追加料金12＄をお支払下さい。12月から1月にかけて配送業者は混み合い通常より時間がかかることが予想されます。私はこちらの方法を使った方が良いと思います。

Also, the item A will be shipped by air. Approximate time of its delivery to the US would take about 10 days, 14 days to Europe, and 20 days + to other destinations. Should you wish for faster shipment, please pay $12 for additional fee. Forwarding process may take longer during the holiday season between December and January. I would suggest you to take this route.

ok I feel sorry for the customer to take more time so I will refund all. I will do that once I get reply from you. I will send the product A by air. It will take 10 days for the US, 14 for Europe and 20 days for other countries. If you need faster courier, please pay extra 12$. During December to January, delivery companies are busier so delivery may take more than usual. I suggest this way.
