システム上のエラーにより、クレジットカードの決済が一時的に出来ない状況になっています。
昨日、カード会社に対処してもらったところ、日本時間の16日から決済が可能になるようです。
もしかしたら、そちらで決済の認証が取れないかもしれませんが、前回と前々回の注文分であるPO0909とPO0912を発送してくれることは出来ないでしょか？

The payment can't be made through a credit card transaction temporarily due to the error of system.
I asked the credit card company for dealing with the issue yesterday, they say the payment will be able to be made from 16th in Japan time.
You may not take the verification of the credit card, but could you ship out PO0909 of the previous order and PO0912 of the last but one order?

Credit card payment is not in service temporarily now by system error.
Credit card company dealt with this problem, it seems available at 16 in Japan time.
Maybe, you can't get payment authentication, could you send PO0909 and PO0912 which I ordered last time and before last time.
