配送時の状況を輸送会社が調査しに行く場合がありますので
輸送された際の段ボールをとっておいていただけますでしょうか。
また、スムーズに申請を進めるために外箱の凹んでいる箇所や全体の写真も送ってください。
別件での質問ですが、税金を少しでも安くするためと思いギフト表記で少し安めに価格を記載させて頂きました。
このたびは重ねてご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。
