わたしも、ＵＳＰＳの追跡で調べてみましたところ
11日に郵便局で保管されていますよ。

Regarding your grievance of an undelivered order through PayPal, the item won't arrive in four days after shipment.
I've made a check myself by tracking the order number on USPS.
It says USPS was storing it on the 11th.
You can track it on USPS.
USPS website:

Tracking number: AAAAAA
Please go to the post office to collect your order.
Please be assured that I'll be making an investigation request from Japan just in case you can't find it.

As I tracked it on USPS, it's kept at the post office since 11th.
