I checked the tracking in the Japan postal website today and it still indicates "Retention (stored)" in Ukraine. The site is below. It might still be kept in that postal office. Can you kindly inquire with the postal office by providing them the tracking number? Please try telling them that it is "being kept as indicated in the Japan postal website". Thank you.
