These products are labeled "reserved" in Amazon's FBA system.
Because quite some time has passed since they were first labeled "reserved", we looked into the issue and found it wasn't due to a "pending" situation on the customer's end.
If you could let us know why a product would be "reserved" for any reason other than it being "pending" on the customer's end, we would greatly appreciate it.
