必要なものでも、工具や部品を床、機械、設備 等に置いてあれば１点の職場
今日、使うものはどれか、１週間以内に使うものはどれか、というようにチェックする
床に直接物を置かない
使う予定のないものは、思いきって捨てる
通路に物を置かれては困る
床はきれいになった。次は壁際や通路だ!
