お客様にはご迷惑をおかけし誠に申し訳ございません。こちらとしてはその調査の回答を待って代金の返金等の対応をさせていただければと思うのですが、いかがでしょうか?

The answer from Parcel Force is that "We cannot answer anything because there is no record that the parcel arrived in UK". Japan Post Office said that "The parcel was definately sent by direct flight to UK on 9 March. We have to wait for the answer because we request a research claim to Parcel Force now. It will probably take about 2-3 weeks more to get the answer".

The reply from Parcelforce was this: “We can give no answer because there is no record of the parcel having arrived in the UK.” Japan Post said “the parcel was definitely sent to the UK on a direct flight on 9th of March. Currently we are requesting Parcelforce to investigate, and can only await an answer. Their reply will probably take two to three weeks.”
