荷物を追跡すると到着済と表示されるのに買い手から商品が到着していないと負の評価をうけた
買い手は書類が不足している事が原因と言っているが、書類が不足していれば日本の郵便局が発送をしないので書類は間違いなく足りている
私にミスはなく買い手側の郵便局に問題があると思われるが、それでも私は負の評価を受け入れる必要があるか？
評価が適正でない場合は評価を取り消して欲しい
商品がいつ私に返ってくるか分からないので、まず君に全額を返金する
商品が返ってきて、再び支払いを確認したら再度商品を発送する

Even though it shows that the package has been delivered when I check the tracking information, I received a negative feedback from the customer saying that the package has not arrived yet.
The purchaser insists that this is because we are lacking some documents, but if that is the case, Japan Post Office won't ship the product so the documents should be fine.
