荷物を追跡すると到着済と表示されるのに買い手から商品が到着していないと負の評価をうけた
買い手は書類が不足している事が原因と言っているが、書類が不足していれば日本の郵便局が発送をしないので書類は間違いなく足りている
私にミスはなく買い手側の郵便局に問題があると思われるが、それでも私は負の評価を受け入れる必要があるか?
評価が適正でない場合は評価を取り消して欲しい
商品がいつ私に返ってくるか分からないので、まず君に全額を返金する
商品が返ってきて、再び支払いを確認したら再度商品を発送する
When the package was tracing, although it indicated that it had already arrived, I got a negative reputation from a buyer that the product had not arrived yet.
The buyer says this is because the document was not enough but if the document is not enough, Japanese post office does not send it so it is definately enough.
It seems there is a problem with the post office on buyer's side, not my mistake but do I need to accept the negative reputation?
If the reputation is not proper, I would like you to cancel it.
I will refund the total amount to you at first because I have no idea when the product comes back to me.
When the product returns to me and I check the payment once more, I will send the product again.
