The watch (clock?) that you sent is not the same product as in the picture. I want an exchange or a refund. It has been awhile since I ordered so I would appreciate your quick response.

The products which arrived differ from the ones in the photo. It is similar, but the watch that has been delivered is different from that in the photo. Please have it changed or refund me. I ask for a prompt reply as it has been days since I've placed my order.

もし「時計」が腕時計でない場合は、"watch"を"clock"に置き換えてください。お手数おかけしまして申し訳ありません。

The product sent is different from the photo. It looks similar, but the watch I've received is different from the one in the photo. Please exchange or refund. It'd be appreciated if you could get back to me quickly as it's been a while since I ordered.
