I have something I must tell you. During final inspection before shipping, we found the head has some damages and paint unevenness. Please see the attached photo. Although products directly sent from OO factory and held at the store are brand-new, it was damaged by some kind of impact. I am contacting you to suggest that I would like to give you a $100 discount. Please let me know what you think. If you agree to this term, I will prepare it for shipping right away. Thank you.

There is something that I need to tell the customer. Before sending the product, on the last verification step, we noticed traces and color disparity on the head. I am attaching the picture. Product sent directly from ○○ factory and kept in our shop were no doubt brand new products but it might have received a shock and became like this. That's why I would like to offer a discount of 100$ for this and that's why I contact you. Please let me know the customer's opinion. If that's fine with him, we'll prepare to send the product quickly.
