今日、１０個の商品を受け取りました。今までは何回か納品された分は、説明書の中の保証書のところにスタンプが押されていたのですが、今回納品分は押されていません。代わりに一枚、箱の中に保証書の様な物が入っていました。これをコピーすれば保証書として使えるのでしょうか？

I have received 10 goods today. In the past, goods delivered to me were accompanied with operating manual, which included the guarantee form with a stamp. But this time, stamp is not sealed. Instead of a stamp, a paper which looks like a guarantee form was included. Can I use this as the guarantee form?

However, there is not a postmark in the goods this time.
The one which resembled a guarantee well instead in the box was one sheet stored.
